Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrival in Delhi + Check-in at Nainital

Your Uttarakhand tour will start from New Delhi. We will pick you up from your chosen pickup point and then proceed to drive to Nainital, which is a drive of about 7-8 hours. On arrival in Nainital in the evening hours, you can check-in at your pre-booked hotel. You can then spend some time on Mall Road or at your hotel. Have a good night’s sleep and prepare for the next day of Nainital sightseeing.

2Day Nainital sightseeing

You will begin this day with a sightseeing tour of Nainital. Nainital is one of the gorgeous hill stations in Uttarakhand which is very popular among honeymoon couples and tourists. You will see some beautiful views of Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Nanda Kot from Snow View Point. You will also enjoy the Himalayan views from Tiffin Top, which is another famous viewpoint in Nainital. You will enjoy the lush green environs of Eco Park Cave, where the natural caves are shaped like animals. You must take your kids to this place as they will enjoy it here more than you. You can go for some horse riding in Nainital. You can have lunch on Mall Road and then proceed to visit some lakes near Nainital such as Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal. You can do paddle boating in Bhimtal and visit the aquarium and café on an island in the middle of Bhimtal Lake. You can come back to Nainital in the evening and go for boat rides on Nainital Lake. Naina Devi Temple is very close to the lake and you can visit the temple

3Day Nainital to Joshimath

We will now proceed to visit another Uttarakhand destination, that is Joshimath. You can check out from Nainital and we will drive 9-10 hours and reach Joshimath. This is a holy town in Uttarakhand and is famous for being the winter abode of Lord Badrinath. Joshimath is one of the sacred maths or ashrams which was established by Adi Shankaracharya. We will visit the famous places in Joshimath on arrival and check-in at the hotel. Narsingh Temple is where the idol of Badrinath is taken during winter. You can pray at the temple and then visit Tapovan, which is a hot spring with medicinal curing properties. You will visit Shankaracharya Math and the Laxmi Narayan Temple inside the math. If you have time, you can also visit the Kalpavriksha, which is a 1000-year-old tree. After this sightseeing in Joshimath, you can come to your hotel and take a rest.

4Day Daytrip to Auli

Today you will go on a day trip to Auli, one of the most beautiful hill stations in Uttarakhand. You will go on the Joshimath-Auli Ropeway and this gondola ride is the best way to see the snow-capped mountains, green valleys, deodar and pine forests, and the stunning landscapes around. When you reach Auli via the ropeway, you can now proceed to visit some of the attractions of Auli. These are the Auli Artificial Lake and Hanuman Temple. From almost all places in Auli, you will see the magnificent Nanda Devi peak and Mana Parvat at a distance with their snow-capped summits. Later return to Joshimath in the evening and take overnight rest at the hotel.

5Day Joshimath to Chopta

You will begin this day with a visit to Chopta. You will checkout from Joshimath and drive to Chopta which is a driving time of around 5 hours. You can make halts on the way to admire the flowing rivers, mountain and valley views, forests, and Himalayan landscapes. Rudraprayag and Devprayag come on this route and you will be spellbound when you view the beautiful confluence of holy rivers at these places. You can also make a halt at Dhara Devi Temple. On your arrival in Chopta, you can check-in at your hotel and then spend the rest of the day at leisure.

6Day Chopta to Mussoorie

You can spend some time in Chopta exploring the nearby temples such as Kartik Swamy Temple. After lunch, we will proceed to visit another famous Uttarakhand destination, that is Mussoorie. You will checkout from Chopta and then drive for around 7-8 hours to reach the hill station of Mussoorie. On arriving at the hotel in Mussoorie, you can check-in and relax for the day after a full day of driving.

7Day Mussoorie sightseeing

We will spend this day with a full-day sightseeing tour of Mussoorie. We will visit some famous viewpoints like Lal Tibba, which has an observation deck and you can view snow-capped mountain peaks like Bandarpoonch, Kedarnath, and Badrinath mountain peaks. You will enjoy Kempty Falls where you can have a cool dip in the water pool below the waterfall. Some other places you will visit in Mussoorie are Camel Back Road, Company Garden, Mussoorie Lake, Mossy Falls, and Mall Road. In the evening you can spend some time on Mall Road either shopping or having a nice stroll. Later return to your hotel and have a delicious dinner and rest overnight.

8Day Mussoorie checkout and Delhi

It is the end of your Uttarakhand tour and you will checkout from Mussoorie and we will drive to Delhi. We will drop you at the airport or railway station, or any other drop point.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
