Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Chandigarh to Manali

We pick you up from Chandigarh railway station or the airport and drive to Manali by private car. Manali is 310 km from Chandigarh and you will reach Manali in the evening. Check-in at your pre-booked hotel and overnight stay at Manali.

2Day Manali to Kaza through Atal Tunnel and Kunzum La Pass

This day you will see the true beauty of Himachal Pradesh. You will visit Kaza via Atal Tunnel and Rohtang Pass. You will go through the Kunzum La Pass and see the glamorous sights of Chandra River Valley. Kaza is 200 km from Manali and will take 4 hours to reach via cab route. The entire route from Manali to Kaza is incredibly scenic. Kaza is the capital of Spiti. In the evening you will arrive at Kaza and have an overnight stay at your hotel.

3Day Visit monasteries in Kaza

Start your day by visiting Dhankar and Tabo monasteries. Both these monasteries are more than 1000 years old and command scenic views of the Spiti and Pin rivers flowing nearby. Stop by to admire the rock formations. You can see Buddhist manuscripts, clay statues, and other objects in these monasteries. Return to Kaza and click pictures of pretty villages and scenic landscapes on the way.

4Day Sightseeing in Kaza

Visit the Sakya Tangyud Monastery in the morning. It is one of the high-altitude monasteries in Himachal Pradesh. The monastery looks like a fort and castle from the outside. You can interact with Buddhist monks and learn about their Buddhist ways of life. You can also visit Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary, which is close to the monastery. Come back to your hotel in Kaza in the evening and overnight stay at the hotel.

5Day Chandratal Lake

Check out from your hotel/camp at Kaza and head to Chandratal Lake. The lake is named as it is crescent-shaped like the moon. You will stay here at the camp and soak in the beauty of the lake and its surroundings. You will be treated to the fabulous view of the Milky Way Galaxy at night from your camp at Chandratal Lake. Relax and overnight stay at the camp.

6Day Manali

Check out from your camp at Chandratal Lake and return to Manali. You can spend the entire day in Manali sightseeing or shopping. Mall Road is the best place to do shopping, dine, and just casual walks. Have an overnight stay at your hotel in Manali.

7Day Departure from Manali

On this final day of your Spiti tour from Chandigarh, you will check out from your Manali hotel and return to Chandigarh by car.

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
